Book

1. I acknowledge that I, the person booking this session, assume full responsibility and liability for myself and for every person I allow into the studio space during my booking. By booking this session, I release WhiteWall Studios, LLC from liability for injury, damage, loss, or other incidents that may occur during the session, except where prohibited by law.

2. Scheduled Time Policy: I understand that my booking begins at my scheduled start time and ends at my scheduled end time. I may not enter the studio early, even if the space appears empty. I must be fully packed up, cleaned up, reset, and completely out of the studio by the time my booking ends.

3. Early Entry / Late Exit Fee: If I enter the studio early or leave late, even by one minute, I authorize WhiteWall Studios, LLC to automatically charge the card/payment method used for booking $130 per 15-minute increment. This charge applies to early entry, late exit, or any time spent inside the studio outside of my booked session time.

4. Studio Reset Requirement: Before leaving, I must fully reset the studio to the condition it was in when I arrived. This includes returning furniture, mirrors, benches, plants, clothing racks/hangers, props, backdrops, lighting, and any rented add-ons to their proper places.

5. Trash Requirement: I must remove all trash from the studio and bathroom trash cans and take it to the blue dumpster behind the building, even if there is only one item in the bag. I must replace each trash can with a fresh bag from the white storage closet or from the bottom of the trash can.

6. Cleaning / Reset Fee: If I leave on time but the studio is not fully cleaned, reset, re-bagged, and ready for the next guest, I authorize WhiteWall Studios, LLC to automatically charge the card/payment method used for booking a minimum $200 cleaning/reset fee. Additional charges may apply if WhiteWall Studios has to send someone to clean, reset, remove trash, repair damage, or prepare the space for the next guest.

7. Food and drinks are permitted, but I am responsible for cleaning up all food, drinks, spills, crumbs, packaging, and trash before I leave.

8. If I create a mess, including but not limited to confetti, glitter, dirt, food, drink spills, hair, or backdrop debris, I am responsible for cleaning it completely before my booking ends. A vacuum and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

9. Any damage to the studio, bathroom, building, furniture, props, plants, backdrops, lighting, add-ons, equipment, or other property will result in a charge for the repair or replacement cost, including labor if applicable.

10. I may only use add-ons, rentals, equipment, backdrops, rolling walls, tables, chairs, lighting, TV, PA system, or other items that I have paid for or that were included with my booking. Unauthorized use of unpaid add-ons may be charged to the card/payment method used for booking.

11. Cancellations may be made free of charge up until 48 hours before the booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time will result in the full session charge.

12. I am fully aware that security cameras are in use, recording, and accessible to WhiteWall Studios within and around the studio space.

13. The following are not permitted inside the studio space: smoking, vaping, open flames, candles, firearms, weapons, illegal drugs, or illegal activity.

14. The use of haze inside the studio space is only permitted with bookings of four (4) hours or longer.

15. I understand and am aware that the studio space is not sound-proof.

16. The hanging of props is only permitted with non-destructive materials. Nails, screws, tape that damages walls, or anything that leaves marks or holes is not permitted.

17. Before leaving, I must lower the shades, turn off the lights, remove all trash, and make sure the studio is clean, reset, and ready for the next guest.

18. I have double-checked and confirmed that I booked the correct date, time, location, and AM/PM selection.

19. I agree that this form serves as a binding contract between myself and WhiteWall Studios, LLC, governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
